CWT-SML Logistics builds, owns and operates a total of 100,000 SQM of storage space in Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai Logistics City in Dubai South , which include dry storage, temperature-controlled storage and open yard storage to support the regional growth of companies from various industries like Imaging Products, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Tobacco & Liquor, Switches & Lightings, Industrial Equipment, Lubricants, Oil & Gas Equipment and Automobiles. Various storage options like racking, bins & shelving, bulk stacking, open yard, etc. are made available to meet the different storage needs of our customers.
Strategically located in the northern part of Jebel Ali Free Zone and next to Jebel Ali Sea Port, DC1 provides a total of 13,000 SQM of covered warehouse space that comes with both ambient and temperature-controlled facilities at 22ºC ±2°C. The fully insulated structure keep heat and humidity in checks without incurring additional energy wastages. Our state-of-the-art Fire Safety Systems and TAPA compliance 24/7 security setup provides the ease of mind to all our customers on the protection of goods being stored in our facility.

Being the largest facility being built, DC2 provides a total of 19,000 SQM of covered warehouse space on the southern part of Jebel Ali Free Zone, providing quick access to the rest of U.A.E. and GCC through Dubai’s most used freeways, Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. This facility provides both ambient and temperature-controlled facilities at 22ºC ±2°C with fully insulated building structure to keep heat and humidity in checks. Strategically located next to the Dubai South Headquarter (previously known as Dubai World Central), the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and the Al Maktoum Airport, DC3 is the first warehouse facility that CWT-SML Logistics built in the Dubai Logistics City. With a buildup of 12,500 SQM, DC-3 provides covered ambient storage that comes with proper epoxy coating and holding tanks suitable for storage of non-hazardous chemicals.
DC-4 is the second facility being built in Dubai Logistics City, and with a buildup area of 13,500 SQM. Located on the same plot of land as DC3, this warehouse provides easy access to Al Maktoum Airport and the rest of U.A.E and GCC via the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. With the high number of loading / unloading docks, DC4 provides the means to high throughput cargos like consumer electronics and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). DC-5 is the Third facility being built in Dubai Logistics City, and with a buildup area of 13,500 SQM. Started in September 2015, our open yard located adjacently to DC3 and DC4 in Dubai Logistics City provides a total of 25,000 SQM of open yard storage for Oil & Gas piping and equipment, wheeled vehicles, construction materials, etc. This Open Yard is compacted with road base and cold asphalt for ease of moving cargo within the open yard, and our 2.4m fence with 24/7 security guard provide a secure environment for all cargo being stored in this premise.
